LINk - Local People can now make a real difference to health and social care issues that are important to them with the launch of a new system.
Local Council’s across the country have been working with partners to set up Local Involvement Networks (LINks), which will be networks of local people, organisations and groups who want to improve their health and care services. The LINks replace the previous system which just covered health issues – called Patient & Public Involvement Forums.
