A busy few weeks at Bimbo HQ. We’re really pleased to get the Ecosmart Services website live! Mark came to us after his previous web design company simply vanished into thin air, leaving Mark with no website and more importantly no access to his domain name…! Unfortunately this is a story that we hear only too often : ( If you find yourself in this awful position – please get in touch as we can have you back online, with the absolute minimum down time.
Ecosmart Services specialise in the installation of Solar Photovoltaic, Solar Hot Water and Biomass Boiler Installations to suit domestic and commercial buildings… so basically, renewable energy! When I met Mark the business didn’t have a clear brand identity, so this was my first priority. I quickly went to work on some logo designs and concepts and the result is a clean, professional looking logo that Ecosmart can be proud of:
Now that we were happy with the branding the next step was to create a beautiful website that would reflect the image that Mark had in mind. As Ecosmart work on a national level, I needed to design a website that would be taken seriously and appeal to his target customers. I have kept the overall look clean and minimal and opted for simple navigation that would be suitable for all levels of user. The home page features a jQuery slideshow which finishes the site of beautifully and adds a dynamic element.
The website will be extended and evolved over the next few weeks, with online savings calculators and project case studies – not to mention the new marketing flyers, business stationery & vehicle branding that we are working on!
So all in all I am very pleased with the new Ecosmart website build and just glad that we were able to help Mark – after he was left high and dry by another company.
